摘 要:目的:优选胆石六号汤的最佳提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮、栀子苷含量及干膏率的综合评分为指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过L_9(3~4)正交试验考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数对胆石六号汤水提工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加12倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺合理可行,为胆石六号颗粒剂的制备提供参考。Objective: To optimize the extraction process of gallstone VI decoction. Methods: The comprehensive scores of total flavonoids, geniposide content and dry extract rate were used as indicators, the effect of amount of water, ex- traction time and frequency on gallstone VI of water extraction process were observed on the basis of single factor tests through L9 (34) orthogonal design. Results: The optimum process was determined as follows: adding 12 times of water and extracting 1 h for 3 times. Conclusion: This optimized process is reasonable and feasible, which could guide industrial production.
