我国药用动物资源近三年研究进展与展望

摘　　要：我国动物资源丰富,但被应用为药用资源的动物却很少,故动物药资源具有极大的潜力。本文从我国药用动物资源研究进展及展望两方面进行论述。阐述了DNA条形码鉴定技术及动物药质量评价新技术在海洋生物、昆虫动物、两栖动物、脊椎动物等的养殖,肌肉类、骨类、贝壳类等动物药的应用,从化学成分及药理作用方面比较动物药及其替代品的差异,新型技术如冻干赋形、生物酶解及微囊等对动物药开发的促进。动物资源的过度利用导致了野生动物资源的濒危,因此要加快人工繁殖,寻找可替代品,使动物类中药的利用和保护维持在一个良性的循环之中。Animal resources are abundant in our country, but they are rarely used in medicinal resources, so they have great potential. In this paper, the research progress and prospects of the two major aspects of medicinal animal resources in China are discussed. The review introduced breeding technology of marine animal, insect, amphibian vertebrates, identifi- cation of DNA barcoding technology and quality evaluation of bone, muscle and shellfish drug, comparison of animal drug al- ternatives regarding chemical constituents and pharmacological effects, and development of new technologies such as freeze- dried, biological enzyme and microcapsule. The excessive use of animal has led to the endangered wildlife resources, so to speed up the artificial reproduction, and find alternatives is cardinal significance, which will make the use and protection of animal drugs in a virtuous circle.
