摘　　要：姜黄属于姜科植物,是常用中药之一。姜黄中的姜黄素具有多种药理活性,包括抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化等药理作用。本文通过对姜黄素药理活性和作用机制做一综述,旨在促进姜黄素的开发和利用。Curcuma belongs to ginger plants, was one of commonly used Chinese medicine. In recent years, the study found that Curcumin in tur- meric has a variety of pharmacological activities, including anti - tumor, anti- inflammatory, antioxidant and other pharmacological effects. We reviewed the pharmacological activity and mechanism of Curcumin in order to promote the development and utilization of Curcumin.
