摘 要:为了全面评价夏热冬暖地区绿色建筑节能设计方案,从围护结构材料热工性能、建筑设备能效、设计管理、运行管理、室内舒适与健康等方面建立绿色建筑节能设计方案评价指标体系。采用熵权法确定指标的权重,进而提出基于熵权法的绿色建筑节能设计方案模糊综合评价模型。最后结合工程实例验证该模型的可行性和有效性,结果表明:节能设计方案的综合评价等级为"中等",评价结果与实际情况基本符合。该模型可用于评价夏热冬暖地区绿色建筑节能设计方案,为节能设计方案评价提供参考。In order to evaluate the energy saving design of green building in hot summer and warm winter area, evaluation index system of energy saving design of green building was established from the aspects of material conservation and utilization of material resources, water conservation and utilization of material resources, energy conservation and utilization of resources, land conservation and outdoor environment and quality of indoor environment. Entropy weight method was introduced to determine the weight of evaluation index, then a model based on entropy weight method and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method was put forward to evaluate the energy saving design of green building. Finally, an example was given to verify the feasibility and validity of the model, results show that the synthetic evaluation grade of energy saving design is "medium", evaluation results are basically correspond with the reality, the model can used to evaluate the energy saving design of green building in hot summer and warm winter area and provides useful reference on evaluation of energy saving design.
