摘　　要：目的确定军队中心医院护理质量评价指标体系的基本构成。方法基于军队中心医院职能和任务特点,针对影响军队医院护理质量的主要因素提出应对策略,运用三维质量结构理论、质性研究和Delphi法构建军队中心医院护理质量评价指标体系。结果构建形成军队中心医院护理质量评价指标体系,该指标体系包含临床护理质量综合评价指标和军事行动卫勤保障任务护理质量评价指标两部分,后者包含野战医疗队及维和二级医院护理质量评价指标。结论军队中心医院护理质量评价指标体系的构建将质量控制延伸到多样化军事行动任务前沿,有利于军队医院护理质量管理的系统化、规范化,对丰富军事护理实践内涵、强化军事卫勤保障实力有重要意义。Objective To determine the basic composition of nursing quality evaluation system in military hospitals. Methods Factors that affect the nursing quality of military hospitals were analyzed and the strategies were established according to the functions and characteristics of military hospitals. Donabedian＇s model, qualitative method and Delphi method were applied in the research. Results A comprehensive system was established to evaluate the nursing quality of military central hospitals. This evaluation index system covered the comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality in both clinic nursing and the medical support and military actions, in the latter of which included the index for the evaluation of nursing quality in field medical teams and level Ⅱ peace - keeping hospitals. Conclusion The establishment of the nursing quality evaluation system will extend the quality control to the military tasks, which is significant for the systematic and standardized development of clinical nursing in military central hospitals and for enriching the military nursing and enhancing the military medical support.
