摘　　要：文章介绍了改良早期预警评分系统的概念及评分方法,归纳了国内外有关改良早期预警评分在门急诊分诊处置、预测识别住院危重症患者、院内患者转运及陪检、预测患者预后和在护理管理中应用的相关研究,并在此基础上,对改良早期预警评分的研究前景进行了展望。The article introduced the concept and scoring methods of modified early warning score, summarized the domestic and foreign researches about modified early warning score application on triage in outpatient and emergency department, identification the potential critical patients, patient transportation and medical examination accompany, predicting patients＇prognosis and nursing management. On the basis, it prospected the further research perspective of modified early warning score.
