摘  要:以大颗粒的煤系高岭土矿为原料,丙三醇为插层剂,通过插层空化工艺、湿法球磨、喷雾干燥制备优级高岭土。通描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等对煤系高岭土产品的微观形貌结构和成份进行分析,采用白度仪测定样品白度。结果显示,所得样品晶态好、白度高、细度小、纯度高、颗粒分布均匀,远高于优级高岭土的要求。The kaolinite was prepared through the intercalation cavitation process, wet ball-milling,spray drying using the large particles of coal-based kaolinore as raw material and glycerol as intercalation agent.The microstruc- ture and composition of coal kaolin products were analyzed by electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spec- trometer(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The shiteness of the sample was measured by a whiteness, small fine- ness, high purity and uniform distrbution of particles, which much higher than of gorden gade.
