慢性萎缩性胃炎内镜诊断符合率的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究慢性萎缩性胃炎应用电子内镜检查的诊断符合率。方法将我院内镜中心经电子内镜检查诊断为慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者146例,与相应的病理结果比较,比较胃镜与病理结果的诊断符合率。结果本次研究的146例诊断为慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者,经病理诊断符合慢性萎缩性胃炎表现的共98例,内镜诊断的符合率为67.12%。将内镜检查与病理结果比较,差异有显著性。结论运用电子内镜检查诊断慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床应用价值,但需进一步改进方法,并结合病理检查,提高内镜诊断符合率。Objective To investigate the diagnosis concordance rate of electronic endoscopy for chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 146 patients diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis based on electronic endoscopy in the endoscopy center of our hospital were compared with the corresponding pathological results, so as to determine the diagnosis concordance rate between gastroscopy and pathological examination. Results Among the 146 patients diagnosed with chronie atrophic gastritis, 98 had the pathological diagnosis consistent with chronic atrophic gastritis, accounting for a 67.12% diagnosis concordance rate of endoscopy, The differenee was significant. Conclusion Electronic endoscopy presents positive clinical application value for the diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis; how- ever further modification of the diagnostic method and combination with pathological examination are required to further improve the di - agnosis concordance rate of endoscopy.
