摘　　要：本文介绍了DCS系统在大冶有色30万t电解项目的具体应用,叙述了铜电解仪表的选型、DCS系统的配置、网络结构的设计、生产工艺的监控等。在主控室操作员站可以实现对工艺设备的启停、顺序和逻辑控制、运行参数和故障的监视、生产过程的集中监控、各种自动数据处理,从而实现生产过程的稳定、高效、可靠运行。This paper introduces the application of DCS in Daye Nonferrous’ s 300 kt/a electrolytic refining project and describes the copper electrolysis instrument selection,DCS configuration,network structure design and production process monitoring.The operator station can realize process equipment start-stop,sequence and logic control,operation parameters and fault monitoring,the centralized monitoring of production process as well as automatic data processing in central control room so as to achieve the goal of stable,efficient and reliable operation.
