摘　　要：目的:观察羟氯喹联合595 nm染料激光(595 nm PDL)治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:对65例Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮患者随机分为实验组(32例)和对照组(33例),两组均采用羟氯喹0.2 g、每日2次口服,连续8周,实验组在第4周后采用595 nm激光治疗1次。由两位盲态评估医生对患者的皮损评分并记录不良反应。结果:实验组有效率93.6%,对照组有效率为63.6%,两组治疗后有效率、显效率和红斑血管扩张评分、瘙痒等自觉症状比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),丘疹脓疱数目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脉冲染料激光联合口服羟氯喹治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效显著,尤其对红斑毛细血管扩张病变疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hydroxychloroquine plus 595 nm pulsed dye laser for acm~ rosacea. Methods： Sixty-five patients with type I and type II acne rosacea were randomly divided into treatment group（32 cases） and control group（33 cases）. Both groups were treated with hydroxychloroquine（0.2 g, twice daily） for 8 weeks. After d-week treatment with hydroxychloroquine, patients in the treatment group were also treated with 595 nm pulsed dye laser once. Scores and side effects were blindly assessed and recorded by two physicians. Results： The total effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 93.6% and 63.6%, respectively. The total effective rates, marked improvement rates, erythema ＆ vasodilation scores and self-conscious symptom such as itching were significantly different between the two groups （P〈0.05）. However, the numbers of papules and pustules were no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusions： The combination therapy of 595 nm pulsed dye laser and hydroxychloroquine is effective and safe for ache rosaeea, especially for erythema and telangiectasia. It is worth spreading of its clinical application.
