摘　　要：报告1例皮损广泛分布的泛发型穿通性环状肉芽肿。患者男,52岁。腹部、背部、臀部及四肢泛发红色丘疹3个月。组织病理上可见栅栏样肉芽肿及变性的组织经皮穿出。结合临床和组织病理诊断为泛性型穿通性环状肉芽肿。给予羟氯喹200 mg,每日2次口服,配合外用糖皮质激素制剂治疗,皮损略有好转,但治疗效果不理想。A case of generalized perforating granuloma annulare（PGA） is reported. A 52-year-old male presented with asymp- tomatic generalized red papules on the abdomen, back, hips and extremities for 3 months. Histopathologic examination demon- strated palisading granulomas and degenerated tissue with transepidermal elimination. Coupled with clinical and histopathological features, the diagnosis of generalized PGA was made. Treatments with oral hydroxychloroquine 400 mg/d and topical corticosteroids slightly improved the lesion, but the outcome was unsatisfactory.
