摘　　要：胶带输送机是井下巷道、选煤厂及露天煤矿等场所广泛使用的一种连续动作式输送设备,具有其运输效率高,维护成本低、操作方便等优点。胶带的接头质量及施工工艺在整个运输环节中起着至关重要的作用,是皮带安全运输的关节环节。本文就几种输送带接头工艺在煤矿施工现场的应用及快速施工展开了相关的分析和探讨,尤其对矿井大量使用的钢丝绳芯强力胶带的硫化接头施工工艺进行了总计及分析。belt conveyor is widely used in underground tunnel, coal preparation plant and open pit coal mine. It is a kind of continuous action conveying equipment. It has many advantages such as high efficiency, low maintenance cost, convenient operation and so on. The quality of the adhesive tape and the construction technology play an important role in the whole transportation link. In this paper, several kinds of con- veyor belt joint process carried out in coal mine construction site application and rapid construction related analysis and discussion, especially the strong steel cable belt of coal mine significant use of vulcanized joint construction technology of the total and analysis.
