摘　　要：兴隆庄煤矿现有设备4300余台套。从以往的设备润滑中发现传统的润滑管理虽然能够维持设备的运行,但难以发挥设备的最佳效能,因设备润滑影响到设备运行安全的事故或隐患时有发生。为保障设备的安全运行,针对目前国内矿山企业的设备润滑管理现状,兴隆庄煤矿通过实施"全优润滑"管理,设备事故率逐渐向"零"逼近,形成了一套较完整的管理体系。Xinglongzhuang coal mine existing more than 4300 sets of equipment. Although the traditional lubrication management can main- rain the operalion of equipment from the equipment lubrication in the past, but it is difficult to play the best performance of the device, due to accidents or hidden equipment lubrication affect the equipment safe operation occurs. In order to ensure the safe operation of equipment, ac- cording to the current domestic mining enterprises of the equipment lubrication management situation of Xinglongzhuang coal mine through the implementation of the ＂lubricating＂ management, equipment accident rate gradually to ＂zero＂ approach, formed a relatively complete set of management system.
