浅谈单轨吊机车在兴隆庄煤矿的研究与应用

摘　　要：目前的矿用单轨吊机车在安装的过程中存在运料麻烦的问题,由于天轨的重量较大,且配件较多,安装时一般需要在巷道内与天轨同步铺设铁路,人力和物力的投入较大,我矿在安装的过程中创新采用了"梯子路"加"吊篮"的方式进行天轨安装,有效节约了人力和物力。针对蓄电式单轨吊机车续航能力差,充电条件复杂的问题,我矿改进了蓄电式单轨吊机车的换电工艺,大大增加了单轨吊机车的机动能力。并拓展应用单轨吊系统成功解决了井下工作面安装撤除过程中,撤出的支架主顶梁、掩护梁的快速装卸、安置及存放问题。The current mine monorail hanging locomotive in the installation process in the presence of material transport problem, since the days of heavy rail, and parts more generally need to install in the tunnel and rail synchronous railway, the input of manpower and material re- sources, the mine in the process of installing a new use of ＂ladder the road＂ and ＂basket＂ means the day rail installation, saves manpower and material resources. The storage type monorail locomotive poor battery life, charging conditions of complex issues, I improved the process of ore for electric storage type monorail locomotive, greatly increasing the mobility of monorail locomotive. Development and application of monorail system successfully solves the installation of underground working face removing process, support the main beam, withdrawal, placement and storage cover fast loading and unloading beam.
