摘 要:烟花爆竹以其声、光、色等多姿多彩的动态效果,深受人们喜爱;但其是以燃爆特性产生欣赏效果的,很可能引发安全事故。为研究其在燃放过程中的安全性,选用礼花弹这种带壳球体为研究对象,依据AQ 4105—2008烟花爆竹烟火药TNT当量测定方法测定其TNT当量,基于爆炸力学和冲击波传播理论,在有限元模拟软件中建立其TNT当量模型,模拟计算其燃放后的压力场,将计算结果和试验数据进行对比。结果表明,该数值模拟方法在误差范围内可靠,为替代试验研究此类带壳球体燃爆安全性提供了新思路。Firework is popular among people for their colorful and dynamic feature of sound and light. However, it may cause accidents when the explosive effects are appreciated. In order to study the safety of the fireworks when discharging, the display shell is selected as the research object, which equivalent TNT is determined based on the AQ 4105-2008 fire- works and firecracker determination methods of TNT equivalent of pyrotechnics. The TNT equivalent model is established in the finite element simulation software based on the theory of explosion mechanics and shock wave propagation, the dis- charge pressure field of the display shell is monitored and numerical simulated. The results show that the numerical simula- tion method is reliable in the range of error by contrasting the test and calculation results. The simulation method provides a new idea for the study of the explosive safety of the shell ball fireworks substitute for the test.
