摘 要:通过高速录像和动作解析等方法,对优秀女子撑杆跳高运动员宋婷婷的助跑起跳技术进行了分析,并就一些关键参数与国内顶尖选手李玲和吴莎进行了对比,结果发现:宋婷婷助跑速度还需要提高,后两步的助跑节奏还需要完善,起跳过程中举竿向上不够,起跳过程中躯干速度明显不够,造成上肢运动快,下肢运动慢的不合理情况,起跳过程中重心水平速度的损失率较好。以此建议,宋婷婷的技术还不稳定,需要加强技术稳定性的训练,起跳过程中躯干的运行明显不够,造成一系列问题,举竿应该多向上举竿,展开身体和提升重心高度有利于后续摆体动作。By applying high speed camera video and movement screen , this paper analyzes the approach and takeoff technique of Song Tingting. Related comparison is also done with top domestic athletes named Li Ling and Wu Sha. The result shows the following: her approach speed needs to be improved, next 2 steps approaches need to be improved, not enough pole raise up during the jump, in lack of trunk speed in jumping, which lead to faster upper body vs. slower lower body, and there is good loss proportion for horizontal speed of gravity in jumping. Suggestions : her techniques are not steady enough, and technique steady training is needed. During the jumping, her trunk movement is not enough, which causes many troubles. Pole lifting should move upward, open the body and raises gravity height to do good for upcoming change of direction actions.
