摘 要:采用文献资料、专家访谈、调查研究、数理统计等方法,对定向越野耐力素质训练展开研究。认为,耐力素质在定向越野运动中具有十分重要的作用,是项目得以开展的基础与核心所在。基于此提出了以长距离持续跑,长距离变速跑,专项技能等为特点的训练内容,构建了以间歇负荷法、法特莱克训练法、高原训练法等为原理的长距离持续跑训练方法、长距离变速跑训练方法、专项技能训练方法和肌肉耐力训练方法,以此科学有效地提高定向越野运动员的耐力素质。By using research methods such as literature, expert interviews, surveys and statistical analysis, this paper studies the orienteering endurance training. It concludes that endurance palys an important part in orienteering as its foundation and key point. Based on this, training contents like long - distance continuous running, long -distance varied pace running, sport specific skill training are carried out. It constructs the long - distance continuous running, long- distance varied pace running, sport specific skill training, and muscle endurance training methods based on the principles of interval load methods, Fatelaike training method, high altitude training method and so on to improve orienteering athletes endurance scientifically and efficiently.
