摘　　要：科学技术协会理应成为"大众创业,万众创新"战略目标实现的基础力量之一。高校学生科协组织是科学发展的内在要求,也是促进大学生开展创新创业实践的重要平台。但在实际中,高校学生科协组织发展存在着诸如存在感缺失、学生参与性不高以及运行机制不健全等问题。为了促进高校学生科协组织良性发展,需要加强组织建设,提升工作理念以及完善运行机制,保障高校学生科协组织健康发展。Association of science and technology should become one of the basic forces for realizing the strategic target of ＂mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation＂. Student association of science and technology in colleges and universities is the internal demand of scientific development and is also an important platform for college students to carry on innovated entrepreneurship practice. But in reality, the development of student association of science and technology in colleges and uni- versities has problems of lacking of sense of existence, poor participation of students and imperfect operation mechanism etc. To promote the benign development of student association of science and technology in colleges and Universities, we need to strengthen organization construction, improve working concept and improve operation mechanism etc to ensure the healthy development of student association of science and technology in colleges and universities.
