摘 要:探讨了抗菌整理对阻燃粘胶织物的性能影响。研究表明,抗菌整理后的阻燃粘胶织物的耐水洗性能、耐磨性能、力学性能、阻燃性能及抗菌性能均随着水洗次数与磨擦次数的增加而不断降低,与抗菌整理剂的质量增重率呈正相关性;同等试验条件下纳米银抗菌整理剂SILV9700的抗菌效果明显优于壳聚糖抗菌整理剂KIT-120;经过抗菌整理后的阻燃粘胶织物的阻燃性能得到进一步提高,且在水洗100次及磨擦10 000次后仍能保持较好的力学性能与抗菌性能,具有较好的复合功能整理效果。Influences of antibacterial finishing to properties of viscose fabrics treated by flame retardant were studied. Research showed that the properties of washing resistance, friction resistance, mechanical properties, flame retardant properties and antibacterial properties were all decreased with the increasing of washing times and friction times, which presented positive correlations with the quality of antibacterial finishing agent. The effect of antibacterial finishing of nanosilver antibacterial finishing agent SILV9700 was superior to chitosan antibacterial finishing agent KIT-120 under the same experimental conditions. The flame retardant properties of viscose fabrics treated by antibacterial finishing agent were improved. The mechanical properties and antibacterial properties still could be maintain after washing 100 times and rubbing 10 000 times, which showed good composite functional finishing effect.
