摘  要:由减量率与SEM电镜照片对比可知,Ecoshine工艺可以实现羊毛毛条的快速防缩效果,但经过防缩处理后,羊毛表面会产生一定程度的变化,对毛条的染色性能产生影响。通过K/S值、上染率曲线及白度,分析了Ecoshine工艺对毛条染色性能的影响。结果表明,经过Ecoshine工艺处理后,毛条的上染速率及K/S都产生了大幅度提升,接近于氯化工艺;相较于氯化工艺及原毛,Ecoshine处理后毛条的白度得到了显著提高。Ecoshine technology can realize quick shrinkproof of wool by comparing the reduction rate and SEM. However, wool surface changed in a certain degree after shrinkproof treatment, which will affect the dyeing performance. This article studied on the influence of Ecoshine technology on the dyeing properties of wool by analyzing K/S value, dyeing rate curve and whiteness. The results showed that the dyeing uptake rate and K/S value of wool were obviously improved after treated with Ecoshine process, which was close to the effect of chlorination treatment. In addition, the whiteness had been significantly improved comparing to the chlorination treatment and original wool after Ecoshine treatment.
