摘 要:用硫酸对粉煤灰进行改性并处理活性黑ED废水,研究了硫酸用量、酸改性粉煤灰用量、搅拌时间、沉淀时间及废水pH对处理废水的脱色率和COD去除率的影响,结果表明,制备酸改性粉煤灰时,硫酸用量为20%时,处理活性黑ED染色废水的脱色率和COD去除率最大;处理活性黑ED废水时,酸改性粉煤灰用量为0.2 g/L,搅拌时间为40 min,沉淀时间为50 min,pH=9时,处理废水的脱色率和COD去除率最大。The fly ash was modified with sulfuric acid and used for reactive black ED wastewater treatment. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, the acid-modified fly ash dosage, stirring time, precipitation time and the wastewater pH on the decolorization rate and the COD removal rate of the wastewater were studied. The results showed that the maximal decolorization rate and COD removal rate were obtained when the fly ash was modified with 20% sulfuric acid and with 0.2 g/L acid-modified fly ash, stirring time 40 min, precipitation time 50 min and pH=9 during the reactive black ED wastewater treatment.
