摘　　要：政治生态状况如何直接关系到一个国家政治生态系统的运行好坏,政治生态的影响作用是全局的、系统的和长远的,因此,建构一个良性的政治生态系统,打造一个良性的政治生态环境就显得非常重要。政治生态建构有其动力方面的根源,诸如精神的力量、理性的力量、制衡的力量成为了政治生态建构运行的主要动力,政治生态在具体实践中的贯彻需要解决好制度设计的问题、新型公民培养和训练的问题,在公民政治社会化的训练过程中需要关注到每一个个体的训练机会,在基层政治生态系统建构中,关键要在日常生活中、在生活细节中贯彻落实。It is important that building a good political ecological environment because the political ecological status would effected the round of country＇s political ecosystem, and this effection is widely and long. The political ecological construction needs power, such as the power of the spirit, the power of reason, the power of control. Political ecology in the concrete practice of implementing need to solve the problem of good system design, new citizen the problem of cultivating and training, in the training of the citizens＂ political socialization process need to pay attention to each individual＇s training opportunity, at the grass-roots political ecosystem construction, key to in daily life, the life details of implementation.
