摘 要:水过冷流动沸腾传热计算在核能、热动力、以及电子设备冷却等领域有着广泛应用。现有过冷流动沸腾传热关联式对水的误差较大,不能适应工程应用的需要。本文系统总结了过冷流动沸腾传热关联式,收集了1412组水的过冷流动沸腾传热实验数据,用此对16个现有过冷流动沸腾传热关联式进行了评价分析。对流动沸腾传热建模方法进行了大量研究,在提高模型精度方面获得突破。提出了水过冷流动沸腾传热的新关联式,其误差MAD只有11.3%,50.8%的数据点的误差在士10%以内。而最好的现有公式的MAD为38.3%,只有19.7%的数据点的误差在±10%以内。The subcooled flow boiling heat transfer of water in channels is widely used in many industrial sectors such as nuclear energy, thermal power, and electronics cooling. The existing correlations of subcooled flow boiling heat transfer cannot accurately predict water subcooled flow boiling and thus cannot meet the demand of engineering practice. This work conducts a systematic review of existing correlations of subcooled flow boiling heat transfer. A database containing 1412 data points of the subcooled flow boiling heat transfer of water is compiled from 9 published articles. The existing correlations of subcooled flow boiling heat transfer are evaluated using the database. Intensive investigations into the modeling method of flow boiling heat transfer correlations are conducted. A new correlation for the subcooled flow boiling heat transfer of water is proposed, and it achieves a breakthrough in prediction accuracy, having a mean absolute error (MAD) of 11.3% and predicting 50.8% of the entire database within ±10%, while the MAD of the best existing correlation is only 38.3% and predicts 19.7% of the database within ±10%.
