摘　　要：科技文化作为一种特殊文化形态对社会文明进步与发展起着非常重要的推动作用。本文从科技文化与社会文明具有的共同元素"真、善、美"分析入手,探讨了科技文化对社会文明建设推动价值的三个方面:科技文化决定社会文明的发展动力、发展方向以及发展水平,并提出了科技文化推动社会文明建设路径的两个步骤:科技文化的传播与普及以及科技文化的渗透与融合。As an unique form of culture,technology culture has played a very important role in the development and progress of social civilization. Through the three common elements ＂truth, kindness and beauty＂ shared by both technology culture and social civilization, this paper discussed the three aspects on how technology culture contributes to the social civilization progress, which are：driving force, direction and level;thus suggesting the two steps on how technology culture pushes the social civilization forward, one is technology culture＇s spreading and popularization,the other is its permeation and combination.
