探讨宫腔镜电切术联合达芙通治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析子宫内膜息肉应用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术与达芙通联合疗法的实际价值。方法:120例子宫内膜息肉均行宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗,随机列入观察组与对照组,术后对照组使用抗生素和缩宫素,在此基础上观察组加用达芙通,对比两组治疗前后的子宫内膜厚度、月经量及复发率。结果:治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度和月经量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组复发率5.0%低于对照组复发率18.3%(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜息肉的治疗中,宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术与达芙通的联合疗法的疗效显著,可推广。Objective：To analyze the practical value of hysteroscopic electric resection combined with Duphaston in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods： 120 cases of patients with endometrial polyps were treated by Hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps,and all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.After surgery,the control group was given antibiotics and oxytocin,and based on the control group, the Duphaston were added in the observation group. Then the endometrial thickness, menstrual blood volume,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the endometrial thickness and menstrual blood volume of two groups had statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate of observation group （5.0%） was lower then that of control group （18.3% ） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion ： In the treatment of endometrial polyps, hysteroscopic electric resection combined with Duphaston has a significant effect,which can be promoted.
