摘　　要：研究了ITIL在电力企业ERP运维系统建设中的应用问题。国网新疆电力公司积极探究信息系统业务运维的工作部署,通过多年的运维经验及实际业务需求,提出了层次化ERP运维体系和运行管理流程。分析了ITIL框架及其在ITIL在ERP系统中的应用特点,明确了国网新疆公司的建设目标。最后结合多年的实际运行效果,证明了ITIL应用于ERP运维服务是可行的,在提高运维效率的同时,在系统建设、应用分析、客户服务、会议交流等方面均取得了显著成效。充分整合了各业务系统运维资源,以业务运维为导向,积极推进了运维工作的纵深发展,促进了运维工作效率的稳步提升和对外服务能力。The application problems of ITIL theory in the electric power enterprise ERP operational system construction were researched in this paper. Stats Grid Xinjiang Power company actively explored business operational deployment information system, and proposed the hierarchical ERP operational system and the process of operation and management through years of operational experience and the actual business requirements. The ITIL framework and its application in ITIL in ERP system characteristics were analyzed, and the construction target of the company was definited. Combined with the actual operation effect for many years, the ITIL being applied to ERP operational service is proved feasible. While improving operational efficiency, the ERP system made significant achievements in the system construction, application analysis, customer service and conferences. It fully integrated business system in each operational resources, guided by the business operations, and actively promoted the further development of operational work, the stable improvement of operational efficiency and external service ability.
