摘  要:目的:探讨静脉输液操作中采用改良排气法的效果。方法:选取2015年1-6月在笔者所在医院住院静脉输液患者300例,入院后根据患者自愿选择方法分为观察组和对照组,每组150例。改良排气法静脉输液器应用于观察组,传统静脉输液器应用于对照组,比较两组各项指标(排气时间、耗液量、一次排气成功率、小气泡进入血管率)。结果:观察组的各项指标(排气时间、耗液量、一次排气成功率及小气泡进入血管率)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改进后的排气法应用于静脉输液器,能够显著加快操作的速度,提高排气成功率,减轻气泡通过静脉输液过程进入体内,该方法操作简单易掌握,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the effect of venous transfusion in operation using a modified exhaust method.Method: 300 cases of patients with intravenous infusion in our hospital after admission according to patient's voluntary selection methods from January 2015 to June 2015 were divided into observation group and control group, each group 150 cases.The improved exhaust method of venous infusion apparatus was used in the observation group, while the traditional intravenous infusion was used in the control group.The different indicators(exhaust time, liquid consumption, success rate and the rate of small bubbles into the vascular) of the two groups were compared.Result: The different indicators(exhaust time, liquid consumption, success rate and the rate of small bubbles into the blood vessels) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈O.05).Conclusion: The improved method using in exhaust intravenous transfusion device can accelerate the speed of operation, enhance the success rate, reduce the incidence of air bubbles entering their bodies through intravenous infusion.The method is simple and easy to grasp, and it is worthy of clinical application.
