摘　　要：特殊工况运行下的锥形封头式压力容器,由于封头结构的特殊性,使得其在运行中经常受到流体工作介质的冲刷,锥形封头处不可避免地会出现壁厚因腐蚀而减薄,从而引起压力容器的失效。本文利用应力强度校核的方法对压力容器锥形封头因局部腐蚀引起的壁厚减薄失效事故进行分析,并对预防措施进行讨论。Under special operating conditions of taper head type pressure vessels , for its special nature ot the head structure, it often makes medium erosion by the fluid working in the operation, taper head inevitably appears wall thickness thinning due to corrosion,it causes pressure vessel failure. In this paper, the pressure vessel tapered head forms local corrosion caused by wall thickness reduction failure accident analysis, and preventive measures will be discussed.
