摘　　要：通过对中小城市物流发展现状的调查研究,结合近些年我国中小型城市的发展战略,分析了中小城市建设物流中心的重要意义,并通过因次分析法提出了定量和定性相结合的物流中心选址方法,使物流中心的选址更加科学规范,同时具备较强的可操作性,并以六安市为例进行实证研究。In this paper, through studying the current development status of the logistics enterprises in small-and-medium-sized cities and in view of the development strategy of such cities in China in recent years, we analyzed the significance in building logistics centers in these cities, then, based on the factor analysis, put forward the logistics center location allocation method capable both of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, and at the end, studied empirically the case of the city of Lu＇ an.
