摘　　要："吃了他三个苹果"或被视为双宾结构,然其论证过程似多有商榷之处。通过有无比较、变换分析,并借助配价理论,可以揭示该组合体是一个歧义格式,其中的"吃"是二价动词,"他"可以实指,也可以虚指,整个组合体宜看作单宾结构。＂吃了他三个苹果（ate his three apples）＂in Chinese is regarded as double-object structure. But in the process of the argumentation, there are a lot that still needs to be discussed. By comparison of ＂ 有（have）＂ and ＂无 （have not）＂, analysis of the transformation, and by means of the valence theory, it is revealed that this combination is an ambiguous structure. In the structure, ＂吃（ate）＂ is a bivalent verb, and the ＂他（him）＂ can be explicit and implicit reference. So the entire structure should be seen as a single-object structure.
