中医药治疗血小板聚集用药规律分析

摘　　要：通过对国家专利网、知网数据库搜索、筛选出关于抗血小板聚集的中成药及中药方剂组方共有164首,并录入中医传承辅助系统(V1.1),采用软件集成的改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析抗血小板聚集的中成药及中药方剂组方规律。其中,用药频次大于10的有22味中药,排在前五位的是川芎(67)、黄芪(45)、当归(45)、丹参(44)、红花(43)、三七(31),设置支持度个数为10及置信度0.6时,得出排前三位的药对频次为川芎、当归(32)、川芎、红花(28)、当归、红花(23),可以看出治疗血小板聚集主要以活血化瘀、理(益)气通络为主,及兼以补肾、健脾药,并能演化得到核心组合53个,新处方7个,这为临床治疗血小板聚集及开发抗血小板药物提供用药参考。Through searching knowledge network of national patent database and CNKI, filter out a total of 164 prescriptions about Chinese patents or formulae for platelet aggregation which were put into the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine assisted system （V1.1）. The unsupervised datamining methods like improved mutual information method ,complex systems entropy clustering, the entropy level of unsupervised clustering, were used to analyze antiplatelet medicine and law of TCM prescriptions. Among them,the frequency greater than 10 had 22 Chinese herbs. The top five are chuanxiong rhizome（67 ） , Astragalus （45）, Angelica （45） ,Salvia （44） ,safflower（43） ,panax notoginseng （31）. When the set support number was 10 and confidence 0. 6, the top three drug pairs included ligusticum chuanxiong and Radix angelicae sinensis （ 32 ） ; rhizoma chuanxioug and safflower （28） ;Radix angelicae sinensis and safflower（ 23 ）. It can be seen the treatment of platelet aggregation is mainly dominated by activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis, supplemented by drugs for tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen. There are 53 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions, providing the reference for developing the treatment of platelet aggregation and anti- platelet medication.
