摘 要:目的:探讨液固压缩技术提高复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA溶出度的机制。方法:制备药液比为1:2,PEG400为液体载体,硅酸铝镁为载体材料和涂层材料的复方丹参液固压缩片,将其溶出度与市售的复方丹参片进行比较,并通过X-衍射和差示扫描量热分析考察丹参酮ⅡA的存在状态变化。结果:液固压缩片中丹参酮ⅡA的溶出度较市售片大幅度提高,X-衍射和差示扫描量热分析表明液固压缩片中丹参酮ⅡA的特征峰消失。结论:液固压缩技术可以改善丹参酮ⅡA的溶出度,快速释药。Objective : To investigate the mechanism of improving dissolution rate of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Fufang Danshen Tablets by liquisolid compacts technique. Methods:The Fufang Danshen Liquid- solid compressed tablets were prepared with solid -liquid ratio of 1:2, PEG400 as liquid vehicle, magnesium aluminum silicate as carrier and coating materials. Dissolution rate of liqu- isolid tablets and common tablets were compared. The tanshinone Ⅱ A was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X- Ray diffraction. Results:Fufang Danshen liquidsolid compressed tablets were much more soluble than common tablets. DSC and X - Ray diffraction showed that the characteristic peaks of drug in liquisolid tablets had vanished. Conclusion : Liquisolid compacts can increase dissolution of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Fufang Danshen Tablets.
