蟾酥“解毒止痛”作用与质量相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨蟾酥"解毒止痛"功效与质量的相关性,为以药效评价药材质量提供依据。方法:以干酵母致热模型、醋酸扭体法、二甲苯致耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致足肿胀及醋酸致毛细血管通透性升高等致炎模型,分别检测不同质量蟾酥药材的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用;并应用灰关联分析方法,对所测定的药效结果进行分析评价。结果:应用灰关联的方法,对蟾酥"解毒止痛"作用的评价结果,与其质量评价结果具有一致性。结论:蟾酥"解毒止痛"药效与质量相关,可为建立以"临床功效"为核心与导向的蟾酥品质评价模式提供参考。Objective ： To research the relationship between the quality and detoxification and pain - relief efficacy of Venenum Bufonis to provide a basis for evaluation of the efficacy of medicinal quality. Methods ： The inflammatory models including Dry yeast induced fever model, acetic acid writhing, xylene - induced ear edema, carrageenan - induced paw edema and increased capillary permeability induced by acetic acid were used to measure the different qualities of Venenum Bufonis medicines antipyretic, analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects. And apply gray relational analysis method to analyze the efficacy index. Results ： The results of detoxification and pain - relief role of Venenum Bufonis by grey relation analysis are equal to its evaluation of quality consistency. Conclusion：The detoxification and pain -relief efficacy of Venenum Bufonis is related to the quality, which can provide a reference for establishing the quality evaluation mode of Venenum Bufonis with the core of clinical efficacy.
