摘 要:慢性心力衰竭(CHF)是因氧供求失衡导致心功能严重失常的一种常见疾病。心肌细胞线粒体膜通透性转换孔(MPTP)的开放在CHF形成中起关键作用。丹参素来自丹参,具有抗氧化作用,但其对CHF大鼠心肌细胞MPTP的影响鲜有报道,对延缓心室重构形成,对抗纤维化作用机制亦不清楚。文献和以往研究工作表明:丹参素很可能是通过抑制MPTP开放,降低TGF-β1表达,延缓心室重构进程,发挥心肌保护作用,文章针对这一关键问题进行综述。寻找有效中药单体,通过调节MPTP进而改善能量代谢途径治疗CHF,这可能是中医药领域未来的研究热点。Imbalance between oxygen supply and demand in cardiac cells could result in disorder of energy metabolism and left ventricle remodeling,which can seriously affect the normal cardiac function and finally lead to chronic heart failure,a sort of general disease. While the opening of myocardial cells mitochondrial permeablity transition pore(MPTP) plays an important role in the formation of chronic heart failure. Existing drugs have more adverse reactions and the curative effect is not ideal. Tanshinol, from the traditional Chinese medicine salviaemihiorrhizae,has remarkable antioxidant effect. However,its concrete mechanism that how tanshinol affects MPTP of myocardial cells in chronic heart failure rats and delay the ventricular remodeling against myocardial fibrosis is not clear. Literature and our previous research indicated that tanshinol possibly prevents or delays the ventricular remodeling process and protect myocardial cells by restraining the opening of MPTP as well as decreasing the expression of TGF - β1. This article describes and analyses the heart of the matter that if tanshinol treats CHF by regulating MPTP. Along with the study of monomer medicine embed ceaselessly in traditional Chinese medicine, searching for effective monomer and treating chronic heart failure by regulating MPTP to improve energy metabolism with revealing the drug targets may be the new focus.
