摘　　要：针刺疗法由于其独特疗效而日益受到医学界广泛关注。文章主要从针刺特定穴、针刺肌筋膜疼痛综合征以及针刺麻醉的临床应用3个方面对近5年的关于针刺镇痛的临床文献进行总结,发现针刺疗法在治疗疼痛方面疗效显著,而且与药物治疗相比,更具操作简单、有效可行、方便易行,以及无不良反应等特点。Due to the unique curative effect,acupuncture therapy has attracted a wide spread attention in the medical fields. From spicific acupoint, myofacial pain syndrome and acupuncture anesthesia, this article summeriazed clinical literature which is about acupuncture therapy on pain in last 5 years. It found that acupuncture therapy has a siginificant curative effect on alleviating pain. Compared to painkillers, acupuncture therapy is more effective, conveinet and simple to use and has no side effects.
