穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的研究进展

摘　　要：穴位埋线作为中医外治法之一,不仅在临床上治疗变应性鼻炎取得了显著效果,而且在基础研究方面也取得了一定进展。针刺疗法治疗变应性鼻炎已被纳入美国过敏性鼻炎指南^([1])。而穴位埋线在针刺的基础上,进一步延伸和发展,将异体蛋白合成的羊肠线埋在穴位处,对穴位产生长久刺激,延长针刺的效应时间,发挥疏通经络,调畅气血作用,从根本上提高患者的抗过敏能力。笔者就近几年穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的研究进展做一综述。Catgut implantation, as one of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment, makes not only significant effect in clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis, but also some infundamental research progress. Acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis has been incorporated into the allergic rhinitis guide. Catgut implantation has further extended and developed the basis of acupuncture and makes foreign proteins synthesized gut bury in the acupuncture and so the gut stimulates the acupoints for a long time and prolongs the time of the effect of acupuncture, dredging meridian, regulating qi, finally improving the ability of the patient＇s ability to resist allergy. The author makes a review about the research progress of catgut implantation for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in recent years.
