摘　　要：CHADS_2和CHA_2DS_2-VASc评分是非瓣膜性心房颤动患者卒中风险分层和指导抗凝治疗的常用工具。最近研究发现上述评分亦可用于预测非心房颤动患者卒中、不良心血管事件和死亡风险以及临床预后。现就CHADS_2和CHA_2DS_2-VASc评分相关的临床最新应用做一综述。CHADS2 and CHA2DS2-VASc score are widely applied stroke risk stratification tools in nonvalvular atrial fibrillation populations for anticoagulation therapy. Recent research found that these risk tools performed well in predicting stroke adverse cardiovascular events, death and clinical prognosis regardless of atrial fibrillation history. This review focuses on the new clinical application of CHADS2 and CHA 2 DS 2-VASc score in non-atrial fibrillation patients.
