鼻内镜下高能量聚焦超声阻断鼻腔自主神经治疗变应性鼻炎104例临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究高能量聚焦超声阻断鼻腔自主神经治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法运用重庆海扶(HIFU)公司生产的CZB型超声波鼻炎治疗仪,依据兰州会议(2004年)诊断标准,104例诊断为常年性变应性鼻炎患者采取靶点扫描的方法进行神经阻断,靶点分别为鼻后下神经达下鼻甲上缘处、蝶腭神经鼻后上外侧支经中鼻甲内侧面前后缘中点处、鼻后上内侧支鼻中隔起始处,然后用"评分法"来评判治疗效果。结果 3个月有效率为95.2%(99/104);6个月有效率为94.2%(98/104);12个月有效率为85.6%(89/104),18个月有效率为79.8%(83/104)。结论采用高能量聚焦超声阻断鼻腔自主神经治疗变应性鼻炎,具有微创、精准、效果肯定等优点,宜于基层医院使用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of high intensity focused ultrasound blocking in the nasal autonomic nerve in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 104 patients with allergic rhinitis,according to the Chinese Lanzhou diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis （2004）,were treated by the CZB ultrasound therapeutic system,which was developed and produced by Chongqing Haifu （HIFU） Technology Co.Ltd （Chongqing,China）.The target was the posterior inferior nasal branch up to the superior border of inferior turbinate,the posterosuperior lateral nasal branch through the connection of the midpoint of the posterior and anterior border of the middle turbinate and the points of posterosuperior medial nasal branch started from the nasal septum.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by clinical symptoms score.Results The effective rate was 95.2% after a 3-month-follow up.The effective rate was 94.2% after a 6-month-follow up.The effective rate was 85.6% after a 12-month-follow up.The effective rate was 79.8% after an 18-month-follow up.Conclusion The high intensity focused ultrasound is minimally invasive,accurate and effective in treating allergic rhinitis for basic-level hospitals.
