青春期多囊卵巢综合征补气养血法临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析补气养血法治疗气血虚弱型青春期多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法对2010年10月至2016年10月期间来我院中西医结合妇科门诊接受治疗的60例气血虚弱型青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者,给予八珍汤治疗。对照组60例给予西药常规治疗。结果八珍汤组患者治疗3个月经周期后,其月经稀发、性激素水平、卵泡大小以及痤疮、肥胖较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论八珍汤治疗气血虚弱型青春期多囊卵巢综合征可较快恢复月经周期、促进排卵、减轻痤疮及肥胖,副作用小,适合在临床治疗中加以推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of replenishing qi and nourishing blood on adolescent patients with Qi and Blood deficiency type of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Sixty adolescent outpatients with Qi and Blood deficiency type of polycystic ovary syndrome were treated with Ba Zhen decoction.Sixty cases of the control group were given the conventional western medicine.Results After three menstrual cycles treatment,compared with the control group,the oligomenorrhea,sex hormone levels,follicle size,acne and obesity were improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment with Ba Zhen decoction could help adolescent patients with Qi and Blood deficiency type of polycystic ovarian syndrome fast restore menstrual cycle,promote ovulation and reduce acne and obesity,and has less side effects and could be used at more clinical conditions.
