黔北地区某医学院校新办专业大学生睡眠质量调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查黔北地区某医学院校新办专业大学生的睡眠状况及其可能的影响因素,为改善学生的睡眠状况,提高学生的睡眠质量提供依据。方法通过PSQI问卷及自制的睡眠影响因素问卷抽样调查学生,利用Epidata 3.1和SPSS 18.0统计分析数据。结果 PSQI总分为10.33±2.61,以PSQI≥8分为睡眠质量差,睡眠质量差的发生率为88.0%,且PSQI总分和睡眠质量差的发生率在不同性别中未见差异;经单因素分析发现在睡眠良好组和睡眠质量差组中存在差异的影响因素有睡前吃宵夜频率、健康状况、宿舍环境卫生、与同学关系、学习压力和就业压力;经多因素logistic回归分析发现有意义的影响因素有健康状况、与同学关系和学习压力,其OR值及95%CI分别为(2.73,1.25~5.96)、(6.67,1.50~29.61)、(4.17,1.52~11.45)。结论新办专业学生睡眠质量差,且影响因素多样,因此急需根据调查结果采取综合措施改善学生的睡眠质量。Objective To provide the evidence for improving the sleeping status and quality of students by investigating the sleeping status and the possible effect factors of new speciality students of medical university in north of Guizhou. Methods Students were investigated with PSQI and a self-made sleeping effect factors questionnaire,and data were analyzed with Epidata3. 1 and SPSS18. 0. Results The average score of PSQI was 10. 33 ± 2.61,and the occurrence rate of poor sleep（ PSQI≥8） was 88. 0%,but no significant difference was found between sexes. The difference of effect factors was found between poor sleep group and good sleep group,including the frequency of eating night snack before sleep,health status,accommodation condition,relationship with classmates,learning pressure,and employment pressure. Using logistic regression analysis,the major effect factors were health status,relationship with classmates and learning pressure and the OR and 95% CI were（ 2. 73,1. 25- 5. 96）,（ 6. 67,1. 50 - 29. 61）,（ 4. 17,1. 52 - 11. 45）,respectively. Conclusion The sleeping quality of new speciality students is poor. Due to the variety effect factors,it needs to be urgently improved with comprehensive measures based on the investigation results.
