摘 要:防水处理是保护竹材及竹制品的有效手段,采用PU和FC等2种涂膜型、WPA和WPB等2种疏水型表面涂饰方法对重组竹进行表面防水处理,利用接触角法、吸湿法和吸水法等3种方法对防水性能进行评价,比较不同材料涂饰后的防水性能以及3种评价方法的差异。结果表明:(1)疏水型表面处理的重组竹试样对水的接触角比涂膜型的更大,可达120°~130°,而对照仅为50°左右;涂膜型的FC吸湿率和吸水率均最低,97%的相对湿度下480 h的吸湿率和72 h吸水率分别比对照降低47.05%、62.44%。(2)接触角法、吸湿法和吸水法等3种防水性能评价方法有各自的特点和不同的适用场合,接触角法与水滴落到材料表面的情形较为接近,吸湿法与材料在潮湿场合使用的情形较为接近,吸水法与材料在长期接触水使用的情形较为接近,评价材料的防水性能应根据其用途和使用场合确定评价方法。It' s an effective method to protect bamboo timber and bamboo products with waterproof treatment. Two kinds of barrier coatings including PU and FC, two kinds of water-repellent coatings including WPA and WPB were applied on the surface of bamboo scrimber to improve its waterproof properties which were evaluated with contact angle method, moisture absorption method and water absorption method. It' s found that: (1) the contact angles to water of bamboo scrimber applied with water-repellent coatings were as high as 120% - 130 %, which were higher than the ones applied with barrier coatings, and the controls only around 50% ; while specimens applied with barrier coating FC had a lowest moisture absorption under conditions of 97% RH for 480 h and water absorption for 72 h, decreased as much as 47.05%, 62.44% compared with the control ones, which means a effectively improved waterproof properties; (2) different method for waterproof properties evaluation has different characteristics and suitable applications, the contact angle method is similar with water dropping to the material surface, the moisture absorption method is close to a damp condition and water absorption method is close to conditions contact with water for a long period, therefore, the waterproof properties of materials should be evaluated with proper method according to their usages and applications.
