摘　　要：农业现代化是国家现代化的基础,是国家安全的重中之重。文章阐述我国农业现代化的战略意义及机遇;针对习近平总书记提出的着力构建"现代农业产业体系、生产体系、经营体系",进行相关分析论证,推进农业现代化;依据习近平总书记"科技兴农"思想,提出构建科技创新能力建设的对策。Agriculture modernization is the foundation for national modernization, and the key of key for national security. In this paper, strategic significance and opportunities of agricultural modernization have been elaborated; related analytic demonstration have been done to promote agriculture modernization about the desired construction--three-- major--systems of ＂industry system, production system, and management system of agriculture modernization＂-- proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping; and countermeasures of scientific and technologieal innovation ability haves been advanced in accordance with secretary Xi＇s thought of ＂promoting agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances＂.
