634例临床患犬的血象红细胞分析统计

摘　　要：本研究对634例临床患犬的红细胞指标RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW-S和RDW-C进行了分析统计。结果表明:634只临床患犬中有29.81%患有不同程度的贫血,其中轻度贫血病例占16.72%,中度贫血病例占7.41%,重度贫血病例占4.73%,极重度贫血病例占0.95%。189例贫血患犬中,大红细胞性贫血病例占14.81%(其中均一性贫血病例占10.58%,非均一性贫血病例占4.23%),正常红细胞性贫血病例占62.96%(其中均一性贫血病例占59.79%,非均一性贫血病例占3.17%,),单纯小红细胞性贫血病例占22.22%(其中均一性贫血病例占15.34%,非均一性贫血病例占6.88%)。The RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW-S and RDW-C of 634 clinical dogs were analyzed statistically. The results showed that 29.81% clinical cases had anemia, including 16.72% mild anemia cases, 7.41% moderate anemia cases, 4.73% severe anemia cases, and 0.95% extremely severe anemia eases. In 189 clinical dogs with anemia, big red blood cell anemia cases accounted for 14.81% （including 10.58% homogeneous anemia cases and 4.23% non homogeneity anemia cases）, normal red blood cell anemia cases accounted for 62.96% （including 59.79% homogeneous anemia cases and 3.17% non homogeneity anemia eases）, small red blood cell anemia cases accounted for 22.22% （including 15.34% homogeneous anaemia cases and 6.88% non homogeneous anaemia cases）.
