延续性护理干预对早期原发性肝癌术后自我效能感及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究对于早期原发性肝癌患者提供延续性护理服务的应用效果。方法:将我院于2014年3月~2015年3月间收治的57例原发性肝癌手术患者,划分为对照组,提供一般院内护理流程,收集我院同期收治的57例肝癌手术患者作为研究组,为其提供院外延续性护理措施,观察两组患者自我效能评价及生活质量评分。结果:对照组患者出院后自我效能评价及生活质量的指标评分均低于研究组,P<0.05;实施延续性护理干预后,研究组患者评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:提供延续性护理服务能够提高患者出院后生活质量,并且增加了患者的自我效能感。Objective to study the application effect of continuous nursing intervention on patients with early primary liver cancer. Method 57 cases of patients with primary liver underwent operation in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were divided into the control group with general hospital nursing process provided. 57 cases of patients with liver cancer underwent operation were served as the study group in the same period. Provide out- of- hospital continuous nursing measures so as to observe self efficacy and life quality score for patients in two groups. Result Compared with the study group, the index score of self efficacy and life quality score after discharge from hospital were lower in the control group with P〈0.05; Afxer the intervention, the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group with P〈0.05. Conclusion Provide continuing nursing can improve the patients quality of life, and enhance self＇efficacy of the patients.
