摘　　要：当下我国高等教育进入了以提高质量为核心的内涵式发展阶段,民办本科高校作为我国高等院校中的一个重要组成部分,面对当下的高校转型语境,构建适应新形势的质量监控体系来实现教学质量的提升,尤为艰巨。河北传媒学院作为目前河北省民办本科院校中"转型发展"的试点学校之一,在教学质量监控体系的构建、运行、创新中不断摸索,提出新见解、开创新举措。文章立足河北传媒学院进行论述,以期对自身及同等兄弟高校教学质量的提升有所裨益。The current higher education in China has entered the stage of connotative development to improve the quality as the core, and private colleges, as an important part of higher education in our country, are facing the current transformation of context, and it is particularly difficult to construct a quality monitoring system in the new situation to realize the improvement of the teaching quality. As one of the pilot schools in transformation development in the private colleges in Hebei province, Heibei Institute Of Communication College has explored new ideas in the construction, operation of the monitoring system of teaching quality and innovated constantly, opened innovation initiatives. This paper discussed the issue with Hebei Institute of media as an example, in order to benefit itself and the same brother colleges to enhance the quality of teaching.
