品管圈在肛痔术后灌肠患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的降低肛痔术后灌肠患者的疼痛率,提升护士的专科护理及操作技能。方法成立品管圈活动小组,从全员培训、规范流程、主题选定、现状分析、对策拟定与实施等过程,针对选定的主题进行一系列小组活动。结果通过品管圈活动,肛痔术后灌肠患者疼痛率明显下降,由原来的43.59%降为12.28%,护士关注住院患者的病情及感受,提升了护理服务质量。结论品管圈活动使护理工作质量改善,能引导护理人员寻找问题、发现问题、解决问题,降低了护理风险,提升了护理品质。Objective To reduce the pain morbidity of enema in post-operative hemorrhoid patients and improve the nursing care and operation technology and ability of the nurses in special departments.Methods To form the quality control circle（QCC） groups and undertake a series of group activities according to selected subjects with regards to member training, standard flowing procedure making, subject choosing, present status analyzing and relative measure planning and acting.Results Through the QCC activities, the pain morbidity of enema in post-operative hemorrhoids patients was obviously reduced from 43.33% to 12.28%.The inpatients＆#39; disease condition and feeling were cared about more deeply by the nurses and the nursing care quality was improved.Conclusions QCC activities not only reduce the risk of nursing but also improve the quality of nursing.It can be a fixed group work model to search for, find and solve problems.
