摘　　要：完成文献检索、文献评价及文献总结,2轮专家问卷调查,专家论证会,专家质量方法学评价和临床一致性评价,形成《中医儿科临床诊疗指南·疳证》修订稿,提出疳证诊疗指南的范围、术语和定义、诊断、辨证、治疗、其他疗法、预防和调护,供中医儿科行业使用。Guideline for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Malnutrition（amendment） was completed on the basis of literature retrieval ,literature evaluation ,literature review, two rounds of expert questionnaire, expert argumentation, evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation. Proposed guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of malnutrition includes range, terms, definitions, diagnosis, syndrome, differentiation, treatment ,prevention and mental retardation nursing,for application in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.
