羚羊角胶囊联合胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗小儿多发性抽动症45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察羚羊角胶囊联合胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法将2013年4月至2016年6月于我院就诊的90例小儿多发性抽动症患儿随机分为2组,对照组45例口服胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗,治疗组45例在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合羚羊角胶囊治疗,治疗3月后比较2组患儿耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)的改善情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后2组患儿YGTSS评分中运动性抽动、发声性抽动、YGTSS总评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为93.33%,治疗组为95.56%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组总不良反应发生率为35.56%,治疗组为15.56%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羚羊角胶囊联合胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗小儿多发性抽动症疗效显著,可更好地改善临床症状,且不良反应小。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of antelope horn capsules and citicoline sodium capsules in the treatment of children with tourette syndrome. Methods 90 cases of children with tourette syndrome from the April 2013 to June,2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （45 cases）were treated with citicoline sodium capsules, while the therapy group （45 cases） was added antelopis capsules. After treated for 3 months, what would be compared included that the improvement of Yale comprehensive tic severity scale （YGTSS） between the two groups, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results After treatment,sports tic,vocal tic and YGTSS total scores of children in two groups were lower （P〈0.05）, and these scores dropped significantly in therapy group than that in control group （P〈0.05） ;The total effective rate in therapy group and control group was 95.56% and 93.33% respectively with no significant differences （P〉0.05） ;The total adverse reaction rate was 35.56% in control group and 15.56% in therapy group, differences had statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of antelope horn capsules and citicoline sodium capsules can treat children with tourette syndrome effectively,which can improve clinical syndromes better with little adverse reaction.
