摘 要:高血压的发病机制仍处于百家争鸣的状态,石学敏院士创新性地提出高血压的发生是"气海失司"的结果。其以气海理论为基础创立了以人迎穴为主穴,配以规范手法量学标准的"司气海,调血压"针刺技术,降压效果显著。石院士这一针刺技术既是对中医经典理论的传承,又是对前人理论的发扬和创新。通过病案分析,对"司气海,调血压"针刺技术治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效和治疗思路进行分析。At present, pathogenesis of primary hypertension is still under controversial. Professor Shi Xuemin innovatively proposed that uncontrolled Qi hal leads to the development of hypertension. And also, on the basis of such theory, he formulated 'Control Qi hal,Regulate blood pressure' acupuncture prescription, RenYing (ST9) as the main acupoint, with standardized and quantified manipulation. This acupuncture technology of Academician Shi is not only the inheritance to the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine, but also the development and innovation to the predecessors' theory. This paper presents a case with positive curative effect to illustrate and analyze its clinical application.
