基于TCM的游憩价值评估——以陕西省沙河湿地公园为例

摘　　要：基于TCM法,结合SPSS统计软件,对影响陕西省沙河湿地公园游客人数的因素出发区人口数、人均收入、人均可支配收入、旅行距离、旅行时间以及旅行费用等进行回归分析,并对旅游人数的最大影响因素旅行费用进行单一性一元回归分析,最终建立回归方程,计算出陕西省沙河湿地公园实际旅行费用为17 626.94万元,公园游憩利用的景观经济价值即游憩价值39 926.18万元。Based on TCM, combined with SPSS statistical software, the factors affecting the number of tourists in Shahe Wetland Park in Shaanxi Province is that： departure population,average per capita in- come, travel distance, travel time and travel expense are conducted regression analysis,and unieity monadic regressive analysis is made on the travel cost which is the most influential factors affecting traveling popu- lation,at last,regression equation is built to calculate the practical travelling expense of 176.269 4 miliion Yuan in Shahe Wetland Park in Shaanxi. The economic value of recreational use of the park is 399.261 8 million Yuan.
